Robo 2.0  is an upcoming Indian  science fiction film  written and directed by  S. Shankar , co-written by  B. Jeyamohan , and produced by  Subaskaran Allirajah , founder of  Lyca Productions .  The film serves as a spiritual successor to the 2010  Tamil  film  Enthiran ,  and features  Rajinikanth  reprising the roles of Dr. Vaseegaran and Chitti, alongside  Akshay Kumar and  Amy Jackson .  The film will be released simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. With an estimated budget of ₹450  crore  (₹4.5 billion), it is the  most expensive Indian film  made to date.  The film is expected to be released worldwide on 25 January 2018. A. R. Rahman  is slated to compose the music of the film. While the soundtrack will include at least five songs, only one song will be played in the film. The background score will be handled by  Qutub-E-Kripa  along with the composer himself.

- -Amazon India will increase the subscription charge for its Amazon Prime service to Rs999 in India in the coming days, up from the current introductory price of Rs499. “Prime membership is available for only a few more days at the special introductory price of Rs499 a year...after which we’ll move to the strikethrough price of Rs999,” Amazon India said in an emailed statement. While Amazon Prime was originally available at Rs999, the price was slashed around July last year. In India, Amazon Prime members get unlimited free one-day and two-day delivery service on over 11 million products as well as access to exclusive deals. Amazon did not disclose the number of Prime membership numbers in India. Besides, Amazon also allows its Prime members access to its Prime Video service without any additional costs.
